We love hosting you, our guests, it is a joy for us and we want to continue the success. smoking is permitted only outdoors of the Villa in the back resort-like patio and grounds. The Villa is in a quiet residential neighborhood just one block above access to bustling Downtown, 2.5 blocks to the beach activities. As we are at the end of a quiet street, and there are neighbors -on either side of The Villa, neighbors behind us, and a guest house below, we need to be respectful of the residential setting of the neighborhood.
